Hi, I’m Craig! I’m a 25 survivor of periodic bouts of depression. When it comes to dealing with depression, I don’t claim to have all the answers. But I think, over the years, I’ve developed a significant amount of understanding of depression and how best to deal with it. In the webinar, I will present what I have found helpful and effective in dealing with depression for those who struggle with it and those whose loved ones are or may be dealing with this mental illness.

Since May is “Mental Health Awareness Week” I will emphasize that the concepts and tips I offer may be help everyone, not just those that deal with depression, maintain positive mental health – especially important during these challenging times coping with COVID-19, in one form or another, in our lives.

If you’re unable to attend the webinar or you’d just like a little “heads up” about what I’m going to cover, please check out my “A Survivor’s Guide to Depression: Preventing, Coping, and Recovering” at this link:

Thanks, and I hope to “see” you on Wednesday the 27th! Craig

I really appreciated the tips shared in this post about managing depression, especially during such a challenging time like COVID-19. The importance of staying connected and setting small, achievable goals really stood out to me. For anyone struggling with these feelings, I think it's crucial to seek support, whether through online resources or therapy. If you're unsure where to start, you can find valuable information here on various mental health platforms. Sometimes, reaching out for help can be the first step toward recovery. It’s important to remember that you’re not alone in this journey.
