Soul Mandalas: A Meditation on Self Compassion

This webinar will focus on cultivating wholeness and self compassion. You will be asked to use your own internal power source in generating self compassion and kindness to fill your well and bring wholeness to your life. What are you needing to call forth? What are you needing to cultivate? What are you needing to solidify in your whole being?
Often times we become fragmented in this busy, fast paced world where our attention is being pulled in many different directions. Now is a perfect time to slow down, be still and give yourself permission to be who you are without judgement. Now is the perfect time to be present in all aspects of self and to show up in love and kindness for all and most importantly for you.
This webinar will give you an opportunity to do that and learn a skill that you can carry with you and offer to others.
We will be creating small and simple soul mandalas. Suggested materials include:Thicker paper (watercolor paper is best), colored pencils, watercolor, brushes, scissors, and black pen or markers that do not bleed when wet, but bring what you have and I guarantee you that it will be possible to use. We will make it work.

IWIN mình vừa lướt thử vì thấy mọi người nói nhiều, chủ yếu vào xem giao diện ra sao thôi. Cảm giác đầu tiên là trang nhìn sạch sẽ, không bị dồn chữ quá mức nên đọc đỡ mệt. Mình để ý họ chia nội dung theo từng khối riêng, có tiêu đề rõ ràng nên kéo xuống là biết đang xem phần nào, không bị lạc. Thanh menu cũng đặt khá dễ thấy, bấm qua lại vài chỗ nhanh gọn, kiểu dùng vài phút là quen tay. Mình không có ngồi tìm hiểu sâu, nhưng cách sắp xếp như vậy hợp với người chỉ muốn xem nhanh cho biết. Não tive que ficar caçando botão nem nada, a parte de entrar na conta fica bem na cara e o site não parece daqueles que engasgam no celular. Também reparei que, se rolar algum problema, tem aquele esquema de recuperar senha em poucos passos, então não dá aquela sensação de “perdi a conta e pronto”. Mas a real é que o site é bem de boa de mexer: as coisas ficam em blocos e você não precisa ficar rolando eternamente pra entender onde tá cada parte. O que eu curti mais foi a parte de transparência no painel, porque dá pra ver bem certinho as ações da conta, histórico e transações, sem esconder nada em submenu estranho. Não tive aquela sensação de “será que sumiu?” quando fui procurar um detalhe. No fim, o que mais passa confiança é justamente esse jeito claro de mostrar tudo no painel do usuário, com as informações bem visíveis e…
