Free Fill Your Cup Festival for World Mental Health Day

In honor of World Mental Health Day and in response to the increasing impact of Covid-19 on community health and well-being, you are invited to the Fill Your Cup Festival – a community celebration with movement, music, and mindfulness to support everyone’s mental health.

The free event is open to everyone and will take place outdoors under a canopy in the City’s Franklin Miles Park (1027 Camino Carlos Rey) from

10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021.

Newcomers to any of the activities are encouraged to attend to discover how movement, music, and breathing techniques can reduce the stresses of everyday life and support our overall emotional wellbeing.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat or blanket (some will be available) and reusable water bottle.

Water and light snacks will be provided.
