INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT FOR SUBSTANCE USE

In-Person (3 month commitment)

Do you think you have a problem with substances? This program helps with skills for those who would like to cut back on alcohol and/or drug use or are new to recovery. Great option when an inpatient program is not viable.

CREATIVE HEALING

IN-PERSON

This group integrates art therapy into weekly sessions. The group is especially helpful in giving
you a voice expressing your emotions through art. Not only will you learn through art ways of easing discomfort from trauma, it will help reconnect with your strengths and find safe ways to revisit the past.

CORE - EXPLORING RECOVERY

Are you thinking about cuttingback on drugs and alcohol? This group is for those who want to feel good without substance use and want to make recovery more possible.

Have you suffered a recent loss or many losses throughout your life? This group will help you safely process the emotional content of grief and identify positive coping skills.

Have you been diagnosed with PTSD and are unsure of what this means?This group supports you in understanding how past trauma or childhood incidents can show up for us in different ways today.

Are you experiencing depression or low self-esteem? This group will help you find ways to reduce your depression and elevate your confidence. Learn about everyday simple skills based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Do you want to be more in control of uncomfortable feelings? Discover coping skills to use when feelings of depression, low self-esteem, anger, or anxiety have become overwhelming.

Is your anxiety negatively impacting your daily life? This group focuses on understanding the aspects of anxiety, the symptoms, and how to reduce and manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Do you want to learn more about your anger and what is underneath it? In this group, a guided workbook is used to identify ways to soften anger, resolve arguments, and decrease stress.
