The Life Link believes stable, permanent housing is essential for people to become integral members of a community. Acting on our beliefs, we are a community leader in advocacy for the improvement of Supportive Housing and coordinated behavioral health services for the citizens of New Mexico. Acting in accordance with the guiding principles of New Mexico’s Behavioral Health Purchasing Collaborative , The Life Link is Santa Fe’s largest provider of permanent housing vouchers for formerly homeless individuals and families. Currently we provide 114 permanent supportive housing units in the city for our clients.
Integrated Community Housing: The Life Link provides rental assistance for 57 different housing units on a monthly basis as part of homeless prevention services in the Santa Fe area for persons who have been previously homeless and diagnosed with mental illness. Housing assistance is provided in conjunction with auxiliary Life Link services, including comprehensive community support services, and other services on an as-requested basis.
