Homeless Prevention and Community Services
We provide case management, individual and family services, food, furniture and supportive services to individuals and families housed in our housing programs.
Homeless prevention and community services are provided to very low income families and individuals to prevent homelessness. Financial assistance is also available to help homeless individuals and families to secure permanent housing. Other assistance includes money management, child care networking, job assistance, educational opportunities, and referral to social service agencies.
