FEATURING Art by The Life Link Clubhouse Artists
“Be Kind to Your Mind” is a group of mixed media works that include images created by The Life Link Clubhouse artists. Inspiration for these pieces came from the artists' own experiences navigating their mental health journeys. Some pieces are a result of an intuitive process painting course some members participated in that helped them strengthen trust in their inner landscape. The works offer hope and reflection that the neurodiversity we encounter can be accepted and celebrated and that taking care of our minds is key to a healthy and fulfilling life.
