Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting, preferably medical or mental health-related. Skills:
Strong interpersonal, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
Word processing, spreadsheet, database and internet skills.
Knowledge of basic office skills and office equipment.
Professional appearance and conduct, including reliability and courtesy
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Bilingual- English/Spanish preferred

Medical Requirements: ______Drug Screen GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as receptionist, administrative assistant and switchboard attendant for CSS program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Greets clients and visitors and determines their needs, and notifies staff of clients.
Performs intakes for incoming clients, enters client data into the computer.
Opens and closes the CSS reception area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights).
Answers CSS phone and provides information, refers to appropriate extension.
Does all filing, faxing, and copying for CSS.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
